During this All-in Members Meeting\, we will be reviewing and role-playing the Roberts’ Rules of Order procedures that are necessary to conduct our committee meetings. \nYou’ll get:\n\nList of current Committees\nReview Roberts’ Rule of Order example video\nReview of written parliamentary procedures\nReview of a committee agenda\nA chance to role play a normal committee meeting using Roberts Rule of Order\nQuestions and concerns will be answered within the meeting.\n\nTo prepare for the meeting\, view the video: Basics of 4-H Parliamentary Procedure \nWho Should Attend\nAll members of The Alliance. \nKey Takeaways\nYou’ll know exactly how a committee meeting is run\, how to make a motion\, how to second a motion\, how to ask a question during a meeting\, how to vote at a meeting\, and what to expect from any meeting that you attend within The Alliance.
