- The ballots will be sent out Monday, April 20, 2026, to active members of The ALLIANCE.
- You will receive an email with the official ballot, from Sarah Warner of Lynchburg.
- Our devoted member Otissa Williams (otissa.williams@rva.gov) will be receiving the 2026-2028 Executive Team Ballots.
- Otissa is collecting only. Ballots will be sent by sarah.warner@lynchburgva.gov
- Ballots are due by end of day May 20, 2026, to otissa.williams@rva.gov
